To help make your stay at Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$30 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Your credit card will be charged immediately by the hotel for the first night room and tax. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
